RH Inspections, LLC is a locally owned home inspection company serving Van Wert, Northwest Ohio, and Northeast Indiana. Owner and inspector Ross Shartzer combines a background in residential construction with Ohio and Indiana home inspector licenses and InterNACHI Certified Professional Inspector training to provide thorough, practical inspections and clear explanations for buyers, sellers, and homeowners.
Meet Ross Shartzer
Before founding RH Inspections, Ross worked in residential construction operations, helping manage homebuilding and remodeling projects, employees, subcontractors, schedules, and customer expectations. He has also owned rental property and purchased, renovated, and resold several homes. These experiences have allowed him to understand residential construction and real estate from multiple perspectives—as a construction professional, property owner, investor, and home inspector. Today, Ross brings that practical perspective to every inspection while taking the time to explain his findings clearly and honestly.
